NGS Super has strengthened its executive team in line with the fund's recent growth, appointing Dascia Bennet as national manager, growth and distribution.
The national manager will be key to leading delivery of the fund's member services as well as driving new employer business for the fund, NGS chief executive Anthony Rodwell-Ball said.
With a strong background in business development and client relationship management, Bennet has previously worked in senior roles for Australian Retirement Fund, ME Bank, REST Industry Super, and Energy Industries Superannuation Scheme (EISS).
Her addition to the team follows the recent appointment of former EISS investment manager Mary Jane Fallon as chief investment officer.
NGS stated that the appointments reflect the fund's membership, where 70 per cent of its 110,000 members are women.
"We have appointed Ms Bennet and Ms Fallon on the basis of their skills and expertise, as well as their fit with our values and culture," Rodwell-Ball added.
