Legalsuper has made two senior additions to its member service team with the appointment of Noel Hucker and Dean Rose as managers of the norther and southern regions respectively.
Hucker would be responsible for managing the member service teams in Queensland, Northern Territory, New South Wales and the ACT, and Rose would be responsible for the South Australian, Victorian, Tasmanian and Western Australian teams.
Hucker had over 20 years’ experience in financial services, most recently with Harvest Financial Group, and Rose has over 25 years’ experience across industry super funds, banking and funds management.
The appointments followed Legalsuper’s expansion of the member service team, with eight professionals added to the department in the last three years.
Legalsuper’s chief executive, Andrew Proebstl, said the appointments advanced the fund’s strategy of investing in member education and engagement.
Proebstl also said the fund’s new website would be launched this year with improved content and easier navigation.
“The fund will also transition to daily unit pricing, replacing the current weekly pricing approach and providing increased transparency and immediacy for member account updates,” he said.
The fund has announced three executive-level appointments, including a new chief investment officer.
The super fund has tapped a former Vanguard and Plato Investment Management executive to lead its fixed interest team.
The firm has grown its wealth management team with an experienced distribution specialist.
The $36 billion fund has announced the appointment of an experienced public sector executive leader.
