Financial services group, IOOF has further grown its employer super team.

The company announced today that it had appointed Stephen Chainey as national business development manager and Chris Deakin as national key account manager.

In doing so, the company said the appointments laid the foundations for growth and reflected IOOF's "intensified focus on identifying individual companies and sectors which may benefit from more tailored and personalised superannuation products and services".

The statement said Chainey and Deakin would be responsible for the development and maintenance of IOOF's relationships with its employer super partners and employer groups.

Prior to joining IOOF, Chainey was senior business development manager for VicSuper, and also previously held that role at LegalSuper, Delexian, and Fusion5. Deakin has been recruited from First State Super where she managed strategic partnerships.
