Former ANZ executive Steve Parrish has joined Superpartners as its director, enterprise transformation.
Parrish joins following a four-year stint leading an ANZ Bank project to develop delivery hubs and excellence centres across Asia.
After 16 years with IBM, Parrish founded his own consulting business in the UK focusing on major change programs for companies which included Barclays, Lloyds and Aviva.
He will take the reigns of Superpartners transformation including its nextGEN program.
"His deep enterprise-wide transformation experience coupled with his strong background in technology makes Steve an invaluable addition to our executive team as we drive the nextGEN programme to completion," said Superpartners' CEO Peter McNeil.
"The new role will further strengthen Superpartners' capabilities and expertise to support our transformation agenda, in conjunction with our transformation partner Booz and Co."
