BNP Paribus Investment Partners (BNPP IP) has beefed up its Asia Pacific and emerging markets team by appointing Ligia Torres to head of Asia-Pacific (APAC) and emerging markets for BNP IP and Vincent Camerlynck to chief executive of APAC.
Torres' 30-plus years of international experience most recently included a role with BNP's wealth management division where she was head of UK operations and chairman of BNPP IP UK.
