BNP Paribas has appointed its new country head for Australia and New Zealand, succeeding Didier Mahout.
The company has announced that James Gibson has been appointed to the rule effective from 15 June.
He will be responsible for managing the bank's overall activities in Australasia and report to BNP Paribas Asia Pacific chief executive, Eric Raynaud.
Gibson joined BNP Paribas in 2011 in Hong Kong and has most recently been Head of Regional Human Resources Asia Pacific.
