Berends and Atkin appointed to Qantas Super board

Lorraine Berends and John Atkin have joined the board of Qantas Super.

The appointment of Berends and Atkin were announced at the same time as the superannuation fund confirmed the retirement of its chair, Anne Ward, after 15 years with the fund.

Berrends is currently a member of the BT Financial Group superannuation board and a member of QSuper’s Investment Committee while Atkin is the former chief executive of The Trust Company Limited and Blake Dawson and current chair of the Australian Institute of Company directors.
