Financial Synergy has upgraded its Acurity platform and the first to achieve third party certification for SuperStream contribution response messaging.
The member online, reporting, and compliance platform's enhancement has introduced new efficiencies for fund administration and has extended member engagement functionality to mobile iOS and Android devices.
The superannuation and investment software provider 's chief executive, Stephen Mackley, said "We have successfully completed the integration of the legislative and compliance requirements for SuperStream within Acurity."
"This latest release invested over 20,000 hours of research and development and nearly 400 enhancements for the end-user experience," he said.
The platform is now automating more of the processing, and routing only exceptions and issues to fund staff, in effect creating a team of knowledge workers.
"Our users have proven administration platform that cuts time to market and is progressively improving member experience. Importantly to the industry, Acurity continues to reduce all the underlying transaction and compliance costs to lower the total cost of ownership," Mackley said.
