National Australia Bank’s Asset Servicing business has extended a key custodial mandate.
The business announced today that it had been awarded the contract to provide custodial services to Deutsche Bank in Australia.
Confirming the mandate win, NAB Asset Servicing executive general manager Christine Bartlett said it reflected her organisation’s custodial capability in Australia.
“NAB’s local knowledge and global reach provides a good basis to support Deutsche Bank in achieving their business goals. We are delighted to be working in partnership with Deutsche Bank,” she said.
Deutsche Bank Australia head of global transaction banking Naomi Flutter said the company was pleased to be able to extend its long-standing relationship with NAB via this agreement.
“This is an important service for many aspects of our markets and transaction banking businesses in Australia and New Zealand,” she said.
