Jacqueline Pang has joined State Street Global Advisers as head of capital markets for SPDR ETFs, Asia Pacific.
In her new role she will oversee the group's exchange traded funds (ETF) global capital markets business from Hong Kong, with a focus on improving liquidity and market quality in SPDR ETFs across the region.
Pang previously led the capital markets business at Amundi Investment Solution and, before that, was a product specialist for hedge funds.
She began her career at ICAP Asia Pacific as an inter-dealer broker covering the money market desk, and DBS Bank where she marketed products to private clients.
Pang will report to State Street head of ETF global capital markets Timothy Coyne and head of ETF, Asia Pacific Frank Henze.
Coyne said Pang would play a key role in developing State Street's relationships with market participants in primary and secondary markets.
